Brian Pera made all these little notebooks out of scrap paper, the idea being that then he'd have all these cute little journals to write in. But the notebooks took so much work and looked so pretty, what writing could be worth messing them up from their pristine state? Owning things like this is just asking for writer's block. I know. I once handmade traditional japanese paper from mulberry trees I cut down and prepared myself and lemme tell ya, you understand why Japanese poets were so big on haiku. This is all I have to say.
Brian Pera's pen and ink drawings appeared in Six Little Things #6: X is the new Y.
